ЗАВАНТАЖИТИ СТАТТЮ

АНОТАЦІЯ

У статті проаналізовано концепції «зеленої» економіки, короткий огляд еволюції розробки концепції, ви-значення взаємозв’язку понять «зеленої» економіки, «зеленого» зростання та сталого розвитку. Розглянуто те-оретичні аспекти формування зеленої регіональної економіки, яка є однією з ключових концепцій сталого роз-витку в умовах зростаючої екологічної загрози. Досліджено еволюцію економічної думки щодо інтеграції еко-логічних та економічних цілей, що визначають основні фактори та принципи зеленої економіки на регіонально-му рівні. Окрему увагу приділено проблемам адаптації глобальних екологічних ініціатив до специфіки окремих регіонів, а також визначенню шляхів стимулювання екологічно орієнтованого економічного розвитку. Запропо-новано підходи до розробки доктрини зеленої економіки, що включають формування політики екологічної без-пеки, розвиток «зелених» інновацій, залучення соціального капіталу та регіональне управління ресурсами.
