АНОТАЦІЯ
У статті досліджено трансформацію людського капіталу в умовах цифровізації економіки та поширення штучного інтелекту в глобальній економіці. Обґрунтовується багатовимірність сучасного людського капіталу, що поєднує когнітивні, цифрові, соціально-емоційні й етичні навички та компетентності. Показано, що цифрові та ШІ-навички стають базовою умовою продуктивної зайнятості та ефективності, а навчання впродовж життя – ключовим механізмом адаптації до технологічної еволюції. Проаналізовано роль формальної освіти, корпоративного навчання та державно-приватних партнерств у забезпеченні рескілінгу й апскілінгу людського капіталу. Узагальнено міжнародний досвід макрорівневих стратегій, що поєднують освіту, інновації та соціальну політику для підтримки сталого розвитку людського капіталу.
