АНОТАЦІЯ

У статті обґрунтовано авторську концептуальну модель, призначену для оцінювання зрілості управління короткостроковими освітніми проєктами військово-прикладної спрямованості у закладах вищої освіти. Дослідження спрямоване на створення прикладного інструментарію, який дозволить діагностувати поточний стан управлінських процесів і визначати вектори їхнього розвитку в умовах жорсткого дефіциту часу, високої інтенсивності навчання та підвищених вимог до якості підготовки.
Теоретико-методологічний базис роботи інтегрує принципи проєктного, адаптивного й ризик-орієнтованого менеджменту, а також підходи до управління на основі цифрових даних, аналітики навчання та оцінки результативності. Завдяки поєднанню системного підходу, методів порівняльного аналізу та концептуального моделювання розроблено п’ятирівневу шкалу управлінської зрілості. Вона відображає еволюцію процесів від базового (ситуативного) стану до оптимізованого управління, що спирається на наскрізну аналітику, систему KPI, прогнозування ризиків та інструменти постійного вдосконалення.
Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у формуванні комплексної моделі, яка оцінює не розрізнені педагогічні чи технологічні рішення, а цілісну систему менеджменту інтенсивного освітнього проєкту за гнучкими критеріями. Практична значущість одержаних результатів полягає у можливості їхнього впровадження для експрес-аудиту якості викладання дисципліни «Основи національного спротиву» та аналогічних програм військово-прикладної підготовки. Перспективи подальших розвідок пов’язані з подоланням концептуальних обмежень моделі, що передбачає залучення експертного середовища, верифікацію кількісних індикаторів та широку емпіричну апробацію рішень.
