ЗАВАНТАЖИТИ СТАТТЮ

АНОТАЦІЯ

У статті досліджено сучасні управлінські технології організації наукових досліджень в умовах цифровізації та глобальної конкуренції. Показано, що ефективне управління неможливе без цифрових платформ, які автоматизують планування, моніторинг і координацію проєктів. Розглянуто системи RMS та CRIS, стандарти CERIF і практики інтеграції з інституційними репозиторіями. Акцентовано на впровадженні Agile, Kanban, електронних лабораторних зошитів, інструментів відкритої науки. Визначено роль CoARA у реформуванні оцінювання, застосування KPI та OKR у стратегічному менеджменті. Окремо розкрито можливості штучного інтелекту в управлінні грантами, ризиками та документообігом. Доведено, що інтеграція цифрових платформ, гнучких методів і відкритих практик формує екосистеми, здатні забезпечити адаптивність, прозорість та інноваційний розвиток науки.
