АНОТАЦІЯ

В сучасних умовах господарювання транснаціональні корпорації (ТНК) все частіше виступають не лише учасниками, але й ключовими еаталізаторами структурних змін у світовій економіці. Водночас вони визначають напрями міжнародної торгівлі, інвестиційної діяльності та технологічного розвитку. У зв'язку з цим дослідження особливостей впливу ТНК на міжнародні економічні процеси має важливе теоретичне та практичне значення для формування ефективної економічної політики держав в умовах глобальних трансформацій.
У роботі досліджено, що ТНК виступають основними рушіями формування глобальних ланцюгів створення вартості, міжнародного трансферу технологій та інноваційного розвитку. Обґрунтовано, що сучасні глобальні трансформації, зокрема цифровізація, регіоналізація виробництва, та посилення геополітичних ризиків істотно впливають на стратегії діяльності ТНК. У результаті дослідження доведено, що ТНК залишаються ключовими агентами сучасної світової економіки та визначають тенденції розвитку міжнародної торгівлі й інвестиційних процесів.
