АНОТАЦІЯ

Персональний брендинг є гібридним явищем сучасної маркетингової науки: він одночасно є соціологічною практикою, економічним капіталом, психологічним конструктом та стратегічним ресурсом підприємства. Попри зростаючий дослідницький інтерес, менш ніж 12% публікацій пропонують інтегровані підходи до цього феномену. Метою статті є синтез чотирьох дисциплінарних традицій у мультиконцептуальну архітектуру та виявлення структурних прогалин теорії. На основі бібліометричного аналізу 85 рецензованих публікацій ідентифіковано п’ять прогалин і запропоновано модель інтеграції персонального бренду (PBIM) з п’ятивимірною конструкцією та трифазовою процесуальною логікою. Теоретичним ядром моделі є концепт «Премії інтеграції» як емерджентної цінності, що виникає внаслідок взаємодії персональних і корпоративних брендів і не є властивістю жодного з них окремо. Практична значущість дослідження полягає у наданні підприємствам структурованої основи для цілеспрямованого управління персональними брендами як організаційними активами.
