АНОТАЦІЯ

У статті досліджено вплив повномасштабної війни на функціонування ринку праці та демографічний розвиток України. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена суттєвими змінами у структурі трудових ресурсів, масштабною зовнішньою та внутрішньою міграцією населення, скороченням економічно активного населення та загостренням демографічних проблем. Метою статті є аналіз сучасних тенденцій розвитку ринку праці та демографічних процесів в Україні в умовах війни, а також визначення їх економічних наслідків. У дослідженні використано системний підхід, методи аналізу, узагальнення та порівняння. Визначено основні виклики для ринку праці, людського капіталу та демографічної стійкості держави. Обґрунтовано напрями вдосконалення державної політики зайнятості та демографічного відновлення України. Особливу увагу приділено питанням відновлення трудового потенціалу, підвищення економічної активності населення та забезпечення стійкого післявоєнного розвитку країни.
