АНОТАЦІЯ

У статті досліджено роль моделі потрійної спіралі у стимулюванні інноваційної діяльності через взаємодію університетів, бізнесу та органів державної влади. Визначено ключові напрями цифрової трансформації агропродовольчих систем, включаючи точне землеробство, смарт-фермерство, блокчейн-технології та штучний інтелект. Проаналізовано практики впровадження циркулярної економіки в Європі, включаючи 12 управлінських пропозицій за чотирма стратегіями: розширення, інтенсифікація, дематеріалізація та рециклінг. Розглянуто програми Horizon Europe Cluster 6 (€742 млн фінансування) та European Innovation Partnership. Представлено кейси кластерів Вагенінген, Париж-Сакле, Лондон. Визначено виклики й можливості для України та надано рекомендації щодо адаптації міжнародних практик управління інноваціями для агропродовольчого сектору в умовах повоєнного відновлення.
