ФОРМУВАННЯ СТРУКТУРИ ПРОФЕСІЙНИХ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЕЙ МЕНЕДЖЕРА ПРОЄКТУ ДЛЯ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПРОЄКТНИМИ КОМАНДАМИ В СУЧАСНОМУ ПРОЄКТНОМУ СЕРЕДОВИЩІ
ЗАВАНТАЖИТИ СТАТТЮ
АНОТАЦІЯ
У статті розглянуто професійні компетентності менеджера проєкту в контексті формування та управління проєктними командами за умов цифровізації й мінливості проєктного середовища. Метою дослідження є порівняння міжнародних компетентнісних моделей і формування інтегрованої структури компетентностей, необхідних для організації командної діяльності.
Застосовано методи аналізу, синтезу, контент-аналізу, порівняння та систематизації. За результатами дослідження виокремлено техніко-практичну, поведінково-особистісну та контекстно-стратегічну складові професійних компетентностей. Визначено їх значення для розподілу ролей, координації роботи, комунікації та адаптації команди до змін. Запропонована структура може слугувати основою для подальшого визначення критеріїв оцінювання професійного потенціалу менеджера проєкту.
