The journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) model, which involves a fixed publication fee paid by the author to cover the costs associated with manuscript processing, peer review, editorial preparation, and online publication of scholarly articles.
Payment of the APC does not influence the decision to accept or reject a manuscript. Editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of scientific quality, relevance, and the results of peer review.
The APC amounts to UAH 1,750 per article of the standard length (15–25 pages) and covers the following services:
editorial and technical processing of the manuscript;
organization and administration of the peer review process;
typesetting and preparation of the electronic version of the article;
online publication and archiving of the article on the journal’s website.
Doctoral (third-cycle) students enrolled in publicly funded programs are exempt from the APC, provided that the submitted article is single-authored.
If required, authors may order a printed copy of the journal issue; the cost of the printed version is UAH 950.
The journal ensures transparency of its APC policy and adheres to the principle of strict separation between financial and editorial decisions. Payment of the APC does not guarantee publication and must not be interpreted as a fee for a favorable editorial decision.
The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. Submission and peer review are free of charge.
Detailed payment information, including payment details, deadlines, and methods, is provided to the author by the editorial office upon completion of the peer review process.
The APC is non-refundable in the event of article withdrawal at the author’s initiative or retraction due to violations of academic integrity principles.
