Open Access and Copyright Policy

The journal adheres to the principles of Open Access and provides free, immediate, and permanent online access to all published materials without financial, legal, or technical barriers for users. Full-text access to articles is available in real time on the journal’s official website under the Archive section.

The Open Access policy is aimed at enhancing the visibility, citation, and practical application of research findings in the fields of economic transformation, business, and administration.

The journal applies the Gold Open Access model, under which:

  • readers do not pay for access to content;
  • authors do not pay for access to published articles.

LICENSING

All materials published in the journal are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license. This permits users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, cite, or link to the full text of articles. The journal’s licensing policy is compatible with the majority of Open Access and archiving policies.

COPYRIGHT

Authors retain copyright to their published works. Submission of a manuscript implies granting the journal a non-exclusive right to:

  • publish and distribute the article in electronic and/or print formats;
  • archive the materials in Open Access repositories;
  • index and disseminate the publication through scientometric databases.

By submitting a manuscript, the author confirms that the material:

  • does not infringe the copyright of other individuals or organizations;
  • has not been previously published in other venues;
  • is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Authors are responsible for the lawful use of third-party copyrighted materials (texts, tables, figures, data, etc.) and must obtain the necessary permissions or provide proper attribution in accordance with applicable legislation and licensing terms.

The author grants the Editorial Board the rights to:

  • publish the article in Ukrainian and/or English and distribute the printed version;
  • disseminate the electronic version of the article through any digital means (including the official website, electronic databases, and repositories).

Authors retain the right, without prior approval from the Editorial Board or the publisher, to:

  • use the article in whole or in part for educational purposes;
  • reuse the article in whole or in part in their own scholarly works (e.g., dissertations);
  • use the material for conference papers, abstracts, and oral presentations;
  • deposit electronic copies of the article (including the final published version downloaded from the journal’s website) on personal websites and institutional platforms, including institutional repositories.

In all cases, proper bibliographic citation or a hyperlink to the official published version on the journal’s website is mandatory.

The editorial office ensures long-term preservation of published materials by maintaining them on the official website and, where possible, in institutional or national Open Access repositories.

The Open Access policy and copyright terms constitute an integral part of the journal’s editorial policy and apply to all materials accepted for publication.
