АНОТАЦІЯ

У статті досліджено теоретичні та прикладні засади управління сталими інноваціями у готельному господарстві. Обґрунтовано, що інноваційний розвиток готельного підприємства слід розглядати як управлінський процес поєднання екологічної, соціальної та економічної складових. Визначено сутність сталих інновацій як комплексу управлінських, технологічних, організаційних і маркетингових рішень, спрямованих на створення доданої цінності для гостей, зменшення негативного впливу на довкілля та підвищення конкурентоспроможності. Систематизовано напрями сталих інновацій: енергоефективність, водозбереження, управління відходами, цифровий моніторинг, інклюзивність сервісу, розвиток персоналу та сталі бізнес-моделі. Запропоновано логіку управління сталими інноваціями на рівні готельного підприємства та матрицю оцінювання їх результативності.
